Service Description
This is an opportunity to answer questions about our Direct Primary Care model, and to meet each other. All prospective patients need to fully understand the model before signing up. This also provides ample time to meet Dr. Jones, and for him share how this model may improve your experience with healthcare. No discussion of medical conditions during this visit, and no commitment to sign up/accept you as a patient. This can be virtual, or in person.
