Thorough History and Physical
60 minute initial visit to get to know you. The first step to reaching your goals is to know where you have been.
Virtual Sessions
Unlimited Text, Email, Phone call, Video visits are encouraged! If you have questions just reach out, we will tell you if a visit is even needed. Most questions can be answered without needing to be seen physically.
In office procedures
From birth control insertion, to joint injections and many more. You pay a minimal fee for supplies & equipment. All procedures less than $10 are included.
Home Visit
Based on location, availability, and medical necessity, Dr. Jones can make house calls for $200/hr.
1 hour minimum.
School/Work Physicals
Have forms to fill out? We are happy to help, no additional fee.

In office Pharmacy
We are excited to offer generic medications for less than Costco and Walmart. Once we have enough members to support a pharmacy we will carry both acute (antibiotics, steroids etc.) and chronic medications (diabetes, blood pressure, mental health etc.).
How much does a Clear Health DPC membership cost?
Membership plans provide affordable healthcare access, with adults paying $99 monthly and children/full-time students benefiting from a reduced rate of $50 per month. These plans offer comprehensive primary care services without the need for insurance, ensuring personalized and cost-effective healthcare for all members.
Single Adult $99
Perfect for individuals interested in having their own physician a text or call away from providing medical advice.
Children $50
We accept children 5 years and older and they must be accompanied by an adult on their membership plan.
Are you a student?
Whether it is your Associates degree or your PHd, full time students of any age qualify for a $50 membership, and continuing until a year after graduation.
