Who is Dr. Conde?

I’m Dr. Autumn Conde, and I’m so excited to be joining Clear Health Direct Primary Care. I’ve been practicing medicine for over 18 years, and one of the things I’ve learned along the way is that health care is at its best when it’s personal, approachable, and rooted in trust.


I graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, and as a Doctor of Osteopathy, I bring a whole-person approach to caring for patients. In addition to traditional medical training, I completed over 500 hours of study in osteopathic manipulative medicine, which allows me to use my hands to better understand problems with the muscles, joints, and even stress held in the body. It’s one of the ways I connect the physical and emotional pieces of health into a fuller picture.

Over the years, my path has taken me through more than a decade in emergency and urgent care, where I cared for people during some of their most vulnerable moments. I’ve also had the privilege of serving locally with vulnerable populations and abroad in both Asia and Africa. These experiences deepened my passion for preventative care, integrative medicine, complex medical cases, and geriatric medicine.

Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m swimming, reading a good book, or spending time in the snow—whether it’s skiing, snowboarding, or just hiking through fresh powder. If I weren’t a doctor, I’d probably be a marine biologist or a teacher, because I love exploring the natural world and helping others grow.


Teaching and empowering my patients to be strong advocates for themselves, their families, and their communities is at the heart of how I practice medicine.


Integrity guides everything I do, and I look forward to getting to know you, learning your story, and working together to keep you healthy.
