Service Description

This will be an additional tier of the practice where we use a body composition analyzer monthly to measure progress. We spend time reviewing the psychology of lifestyle changes and develop a routine with twice monthly check ins. This increased accountability helps us see results quickly. Once the initial progress hits a plateau, we can discuss medication assisted weight loss options if you have still not reached your goal.
